Firmware for PockeTerm to support Replica I

I was trying to use PockeTerm as a serial terminal for Replica I. Problem is that Replica I needs a linefeed added after carriage return. PockeTerm has an option (in v.905) to send LF after CR to host but not to the display (from host). So all my Replica I output was on one line. I made a modified f...

Re: No serial input

Well, I figured out the lack linefeed on PockeTerm issue too. The F6 CR / LF option on v.905 of the PockeTerm firmware adds a LF to CR out to the host but it does not add a LF to CR coming from the host. Re: No serial input

Ok. I am glad I figured this out before anyone pointed it out. I did not have CAPS LOCK pressed on my PC. The Replica I sets CAPS LOCK on the PS/2 keyboard for you so that worked for me. I spent sever al days trying to diagnose what was going on. I thought I would note down what I ended up doing that seemed to...

No serial input

Hi, I just got my Replica I mostly working but still have a problem. The composite display and the PS/2 keyboard is working fine. Serial output is working, so I can type on my PS/2 keyboard and see the keystrokes and output on my serial display (and the composite). But, the serial input does not wor...

Re: Troubleshooting serial IO?

You ought to be able to plug in your composite display and the serial at the same time (or skip the serial initially). Then you should turn on the Replica I and get @ on the composite display. Then pressing reset should give you \ then @. If you are not getting that then you have problems before the...
