Some modifications

How easily would a 12v DC conversion be? Is it as simple as swapping parts or would a separate board that steps down to 6-9v be in order? How well would a composite TV-out conversion be, instead of the VGA? I'm considering the kit version, which should make these conversions easier. Otherwise I'm co...

About the schematic... I have asked Vince about it in the past and he says it is very similar to the last version of the original Replica 1. I think the 5 v and gnd headers just hook up in where the AT headers were on the old board/schematic.

I still think USB Host would be an excellent feature... opening up new display ideas, keyboard compatibility, flash storage, etc. I know it's not completely technically possible, but it would be interesting to see a expansion card that does that or even have it built in the to the Replica 1 SE SE. Oh I forgot a suggestion... What about a flash chip or NVRAM for on-board storage rather than storing programs only on a different computer?
