Re: SDHC and Altair 8800

The terminal's SD card driver can read/write FAT or FAT32 partitions, so no more than 2GB or 2TB, respectively. If you're going to use the card for other things, make sure the FAT/FAT32 partition is the first partition.

Sorry my stupid question but I do not know this english expression: silkscreen side is the components side?

Yes, on the component side. "Silkscreen" describes the artwork layer for the text and component outlines printed on the board. Sorry about the confusion.

Re: 32K ram card problem

The connector body is on the silkscreen side of the card. I think the forum link to the memory expansion schematic might be broken, so here is one I made up a while back. Hope it helps.

Re: Terminal firmware V4 fixes CTRL F1 downloading

I discovered a bug in the Trek8800.bas source that can cause the program to occasionally hang on startup. Line 4220 had a bad GOTO:

Was:
4220 GOTO 440

Should be:
4220 GOTO 4240

I've updated the .zip file that I originally uploaded.

Re: Expansion board with more slots leading up to new expans

Are the Micro-KIM expander and memory expansion board schematics still available? The forum links to MK_Expander.pdf and MKRAM.pdf are currently broken. Thanks!
