Faceplate for sale?

Postby draziw77 » Feb Tue 18, 2014 9:39 am

Hi Vince, will you be selling the brushed aluminum faceplate with the name on it? Just watched Jeff's video on youtube and saw it for the first time and I like. I have serial #160 and would love to include the Label on the front panel.

Let me see what I can do. I do have extra rear plates, the front plate is simply no paint at bottom with decal. So, if you could mask and sand just the bottom, it would save you. I only have an exact batch of 50 of the front, so that is an issue considering how long it takes to get them, I'd have to have at least 10 people who want a front plate to make it possible to sell just the front plates.

The rear plate is $20 each, I have about 10 extra of those.

Alrighty forum readers can we get Vince at least 10 orders if not more? Any other takers besides the 3 of us so it is worth Vince's time and effort? :D

This is an old thread, but I'd be in for either a decal or a whole new plate. That might motivate me to get the blue paint out.

BTW, Vince, I just used my old video of the Altair over on Hackaday, so don't be surprised to get a lot of visitors today ;)
