Apple Internet Modem ?

Postby aylesburytim » Sep Wed 26, 2012 5:43 am

Does anyone know of if an Apple based Internet Modem is available. Something similar to the Commodore Flyer Modem I use with my Commodore Pet or the Comet Modem from Commodore Server.
I would like to use my Apple // with all my disk images available live online along with telnet BBS and Irc.
The guy from CommodoreServer.com says his new modem could do this as it has a native RS232, it would just need some software to run it.

Go get a Uthernet card. It gives you TCP/IP and you can text browse web pages, etc with Contiki. If he doesn't sell them any more, see me I have one I don't use any longer and would sell.
